2. The types of personal data we collect, how we obtain your personal data and why we have it?

We process your personal data for one of the purposes listed below:

  1. Data processing for the execution of an order (purchase agreement)
    • Purpose of this data processing fulfill your order in the online store – sell and deliver the product to you.
      To fulfill this purpose, your data will be used to identify you as the buyer and recipient of the goods, issue an invoice, refund the amount of overpaid and returned goods, send information about the purchase confirmation, a reminder of an incomplete purchase, or more detailed information about the delivery of the goods, contact you about the type and date of delivery, clarify order information, provide answers to your questions or requests, ensure the delivery of the goods and fulfill other financial and other obligations arising from the order placed.
    • Types of data processed. As part of this data processing, we will process the following personal data of yours - name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, transaction data (purchased goods, price, payment information (paid or not, in what amount), additional data that you provide when placing an order.
    • We will process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – there is a contractual obligation between us (purchase agreement).
    • Source of data collection. We collect your personal data from you when you fill out an application to order a product in the online store.
    • Data recipients or categories thereof. Your data may be transferred to state administrative authorities at their request and in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
    • We process your personal data in Latvia, and your personal data is not transferred to or processed in a country outside the European Union.
    • Duration of storage. We will store your personal data (e-mail, phone number, delivery address) for as long as necessary to obtain payment for the order and deliver the product. Information about the transaction (name, surname, delivery address, payment details and the fact of purchase of the product) will be stored in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. The term specified in the Accounting Law is 5 years.
3. Your data protection rights

You have the following rights regarding the protection of personal data:

The right to access your data — When exercising your right to access data, you need to specify a specific time period and the data you want to obtain from us. You have the right to request information from us about what data about you we have, why we process it, how we obtained it and to whom we transferred it, how long it will be stored and to receive a copy of your data. It will be possible to fulfill the request more quickly if the time period is as short as possible and the request for information about your data is formulated as detailed as possible. It will help us to provide you with an answer if we know for what purpose you want to access the data.

Right to data rectification – If you need to clarify or correct your personal data that we hold about you, you must clearly indicate which data needs to be clarified and what the current information is. If the data was not obtained from you, please add a justification for why the information to be corrected is considered inaccurate, in order to facilitate a faster and more appropriate assessment of accuracy.

Right to erasure of data — In order for us to delete your data, you must specify which personal data needs to be deleted and provide a justification for this request. Please note that deletion may not be possible in all cases.

Right to restrict processing — If you are not sure whether We are processing your data appropriately, you can ask us to restrict the processing of certain data. The request for restriction of data processing must indicate why, in your opinion, this processing needs to be restricted.

If you wish to submit a request to exercise your rights, please submit your requests electronically by sending an electronically signed application to the following email address: winehouse.veikals@gmail.com.

We will consider your request without undue delay and will provide a response on the execution or non-execution of the request no later than within one month from the date of its receipt. In the event that the execution of the request takes us longer, we have the right to extend its execution by another two months, but in any case you will be informed about it within one month.

We have the right not to fulfill your request:

  1. if it is not formulated in an understandable way;
  2. if we cannot identify you;
  3. if we have already responded to such a request;
  4. if the amount of information requested is disproportionate;
  5. if the request is unfounded (does not apply to our company, no explanation is provided as to why the request must be fulfilled);
  6. if the laws and regulations stipulate that we are not entitled to provide you with such information or we are obliged to store certain of your data.
